Processing & Production Time All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after production, depending on your country and local customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner. Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hopvalleycustoms@outlook.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
